RESOLUTION #181-77 El
AUTHORIZING MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
IBM TYPEWRITER
(Building Insp.)
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that there be
a maintenance agreement between the City of Muskego and the
IBM Corporation for one typewriter in the City Hall.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the proposed maintenance
agreement between the City of Muskego and the IBM Corporation
for one typewriter in the City Hall in the amount of $65.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be authorized to
execute the agreement in the name of the city for a one year
period.
