AUTHORIZING REFUND FOR SEWER LATERAL

WHEREAS, a request has been received from Mr. Jerome Mazurkiewicz,
owner of Lots 14 & 15, Block 12, in Muskego Shores Subdivision, to
be given a refund for one of,the sewer laterals that had been installed
to serve his property, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended that the sewer
lateral charge in the amount of $225.00 be refunded to Mr. Jerome
Mazurkiewicz.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Sewer Committee, does
hereby approve of the refunding of a sewer lateral charge in the
amount of $225.00 to Mr. Jerome Mazurkiewicz, owner of Lots 14 & 15,
Block 12, Muskego Shores Subdivision, since use of the two lots would
not be permitted for building purposes under the city's Zoning
Ordinance.
