AUTHORIZING THE PLACEMENT OF WARNING
BUOYS IN LITTLE hlUSKEG0 LAKE ., -
WHEREAS, the State of Wisconsin Department of Natural
Resources requires municipal approval before any buoys
can be placed on navigable waters, and
WHEREAS, the Public Safety Committee has recommended
that buoys be placed in the following areas:
“Hazard - Warning Area” buoy at the south end of
Little Muskego Lake in the area of the spillway
“Hazard - Shallow Area” buoy west of George’s Island
and
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
Public Safety Committee, does hereby authorize the
the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the
Public Works Department to place official buoys in the
following areas.
Little Muskego Lake in the area of the spillway
“Hazard - Warning Area” buoy at the south end of
“Hazard - Shallow Area” buoy west of George’s Island
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution shall
be sent to the State of Wisconsin, Department of Natural
Resources.
