CCR1977175RESOLUTION #175-77 SOUTHWEST AREA DISTRICT M-13 ASSESSMENT DISTRICT PRELIMINARY RESOLUTION DECLARING INTENT TO LEVY SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS. RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Muskego, Wisconsin: 1. The Common Council hereby declares its intention to exercise its power under Section 66.60, Wisconsin Statutes, to levy special assessments upon property within the following described area for ation of sanitaty sewer pipes in the City of Muskego, said area to be special benefits conferred upon such property by reason of the install- know as "Southwest Area District "13 Assessment District": All that part of the Northeast 114 of Section 31, Town 5 North, Range 20 East, described as follows: All of "Ziegler's Oakwood Park", an unrecorded plat. All that part of the Southeast 114 of Section 31, Town 5 North, Range 20 East, described as follows: Alr of "Larson's Subdivision", an unrecorded plat. Together with with the following Tax Key numbers: those unplatted lands lying North of South Denoon Road, and designated (2284.992) (2284.996) (2284.993) (2284.997) (2284.994) (2284.998) (2284.995 j (2284.999 j All that part of the Northwest 114 of Section 32, Town 5 North, Range 20 East, described as follows: All unplatted lands lying Northerly and adjacent to the South line of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 32 (West 114 line), together with those lands lying along the Northerly shore line of Lake Denoon. Excepting therefrom lands East of C.T.H. "Y" . The total amount assessed against the properties in said district shall be made under the police power of the City; a reasonable basis for the said assessments being not in excess of the average cost of installation of an 8 inch sanitary sewer having an average depth of 10 feet. The City Engineer is directed to prepare a report consisting of: (a) Final plans and specifications for said improvements. (b) An estimate of the entire cost of the proposed work or improvements (c) A schedule of the proposed assessments.
