AUTHORIZING REFUND FOR SEWER LATERAL

WHEREAS, a request has been received from Mr. Francis D. Spaight,
owner of Lots 49 & 50, in Kingston Subdivision, to be given a
refund for one of the sewer laterals that had been installed to
serve his property, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Cormnittee has recommended that the
sewer lateral charge in the amount of $225.00 be refunded to
Mr. Francis D. Spaight.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Cmon Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recmendation of the Public Sewer Committee,
does hereby approve of the refunding of a sewer lateral charge
in the amount of $225.00 to Mr. Francis D. Spaight, owner of Lots
49 & 50, in Kingston Subdivision, since use of the two lots would
not be permitted for building purposes under the city's Zoning
Ordinance.
