a DESIGNATION OF LOCAL AGENT FOR FEDERAL .DISASTER ASSISTANCE
BE IT RESOLVED by the Comon Council of the City of Muskego
that the Office of Mayor of the City of Muskego, is hereby
authorized to execute for and in behalf of the City of Muskego,
Wisconsin, a public entity established under the laws of the
State of Wisconsin, this application and to file it in the
appropriate State office for the purpose of obtaining certain
Federal financial assistance under the Disaster Relief Act
(Public Law 228, 93rd Congress) or otherwise available from the
President's Disaster Relief Fund.
THAT the City of Muskego, a public entity established under
the laws of the State of Wisconsin, hereby authorizes its agent
to provide to the State and to the Federal Disaster Assistance
Administration (FDAA), Department of Housing and Urban Development
(HUD) for all matters pertaining to such Federal disaster
@assistance the assurances and agreements printed on the reverse side
hereof.

WHEREAS, on June 14, 1977, the Common Council of the City of Muskego
adopted Resolution 11138-77 (As Amended), approving the final plat
of Lake Brittany Estates, and
WHEREAS, the developer has submitted a Developer's Agreement to
the Cmon Council which has been approved by the City Attorney,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve of the Developer's Agreement submitted
by the developers of Lake Brittany Estates.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized
to execute the necessary documents in the name of the city.
