AUTHORIZING SETTLEMENT OF CLAIM
(Jeanette Heckert)
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has been involved in a claim from
Jeanette Heckert in the amount of $6.00 for damage to clothing as
a result of newly painted bleachers at Horn Field, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the above
settlement be made,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does
hereby authorize the City Clerk to make the necessary payment in
the amount of $6.00 for the above claim filed against the city by
Jeanette Heckert.
