AUTHORIZING SETTLEMENT OF CLAIM
(Gary Dake)
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has been involved in a claim filed
against it by Mr. Gary Dake in the amount of $33.00 for alleged
damage to the electrical system of his home by the Public Works
Department, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the above
settlement be made,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cmon Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of thq Finance Committee, does
hereby authorize the City Clerk to make the necessary payment in
the amount of $33.00 for the claim filed against the city by
