RESOLUTION OF NECESSITY

WHEREAS, Public necessity demands that a permanent 0 drainage easement located in Lot 7, Block 6 of Gle'nbrook Subdivision,
be constructed, and that the City of Muskego acquire the lands
required for the drainage easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the Common Council of
the City of Muskego, that it is necessary in the public interest
that the following described drainage easement be constructed, and
that the City of Muskego acquire the lands required for the drainage
easement ,in Lot 7, Block 6 of Glenbrook Subdivision, and that the
attached Relocation Order for the proper establishing, laying out,
widening, enlarging, extending, constructing, reconstructing,
improving or maintaining of a drainage easement be approved; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to negotiate for the acquisition of those
lands required for the drainage easement in said Subdivision, and
in the event said lands cannot be obtained by negotiation, the City
Attorney is .hereby authorized and directed to take by condemnation
those lands required for the permanent drainage easement in said 0- Subdivision. -

RELOCATION ORDER
a BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, Finds and
Determines that:
The proper establishing, laying out, widening, enlarging,
extending, constructing, reconstructing, improving or maintaining
of a drainage easement located in Glenbrook Subdivision requires
the acquisition of the lands, or interests in lands, shown on the
map or copy thereof marked: I #I
"A strip of land 10.00 feet wide, being the Northerly
10.00 feet of Lot 7, Block 6 in 'Glenbrook' a recorded
plat, being a subdivision of a part of the West 1/2 of
Section 2, Township 5 North, Range 20 East, City of
Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin."
that:
The Common Council of the City of Muskego, thereby Orders
I. The said drainage easement is hereby laid out and
established to the lines and widths as shown on said map;
2. The required lands or interests in lands as shown
on the map shall be acquired pursuant to the Wisconsin Statutes.
