DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT AN ORDINANCE
TO AMEND THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF
(Section 5)
THE CITY OF MUSKEG0
WHEREAS, it has been recommended by the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego that a parcel of land owned by Adrian Schmidt
and James Kohne in Section 5 be rezoned from R-1 to RS-1 to permit
the development of 30,000 square feet lots.
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby direct the City Attorney to draft the
City by rezoning the following described property from R-1
- necessary ordinance to amend the zoning district map of the
