AUTHORIZING ADJUSTMENT TO BAY LAWN
ASSESSMENT ROLL
(Wujcik & Merkt)
WHEREAS, the sewer assessment to the properties owned by
Mr. Eugene Wujcik and Mr. Fred hlerkt in Bay Lawn Sub-
division were in error, and
WHEREAS, the city's consulting engineers have made the
necessary correction in the assessment roll, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended that
the correction be approved by the Common Council,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby authorize the City Clerk to
correct the assessment roll for sewers in the Bay Lawn
Subdivision as follows:
