APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT OF
HEATHER RIDGE ESTATES ADDN. #1 - TOWN OF VERNON
WHEREAS, the city has received a request for the approval for
the preliminary and final plat for a subdivision in the Town
of Vernon known as Heather Ridge Estates Additional No. 1,
and
WHEREAS, it is within the three-mile limit of the City of
Muskego and therefore falls under the extra-territorial
powers of the city, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended to the Common
Council approval of the preliminary and final plat,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskeg, upon the recmendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve of the preliminary and final plat of a
proposed subdivision in the Town of Vernon known as Heather
Ridge Estates, Addition No. 1.
