APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to the
Common Council to finalize the creation of three lots from
two existing lots on the SE comer of Janesville Road and
Kelly Drive in Section 9, and
WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission has recommended approval
of the submitted certified survey map,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve of the certified survey map to approve of
the creation of three lots from two existing lots on the SE
corner of Janesville Road and Kelly Drive in Section 9.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said approval is subject to
approval of the city engineer and that a sewer easement shall
be obtained through Parcel "Bll or Parcel "C" shall not be
developed until sewers are available on Kelly Drive.
