AUTHORIZING SETTLEMENT OF GRIEVANCE
OF MARVELYN PUFALL
WHEREAS, on August 25, 1976, the Common Council adopted
Resolution #163-77 denying a grievance filed by Mrs.
Marvelyn Pufall, and
WHEREAS, the Wisconsin Council of County and Municipal
Employees filed a petition for arbitration as provided
in the employee's contract in behalf of Mrs. Pufall, and
WHEREAS, a settlement of $100.00 has been agreed upon
between the parties concerned,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego does hereby approve of the proposed
settlement between the city and Mrs. Pufall for $100.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are author-
ized to execute the necessary documents in the name of
the city.
