SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR PROPOSED
AMENDMENT TO PARKLAND PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPhlENT
WHEREAS, at its meeting held June 21, 1977, the Plan Commission
of the City of Muskego considered building, site and operational
plans for a Boy Blue Store proposed to be located on the west
side of the Parkland Mall shopping center parking lot, and
WHEREAS, in accordinance with Section 6.02 (6) C. the Plan
Commission determined that the location of such store would
constitute a substantial alteration of the original planned
unit development plant and that a public hearing must be held,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does
hereby set the hearing date for the proposed Boy Blue Store to
be located on the west side of the Parkland Mall shopping center
parking lot for August 23, 1977, at 7 00 P.M.
