DENIAL OF LEGAL STATUS

WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City o’f Muskego has been
petitioned for determination of the status of Lots 7 & 8,
Block 8, in Muskego Shores Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Cmission has recmended denial of the
request,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby deny, upon the recmendation
of the Plan Cmission, the request of Barbara Lovald for
legal status for Lots 7 & 8, Block 8, in Muskego Shores
Subdivision. e
