APPROVAL OF AMENDMENTS TO PARKS & RECREATION
CAPITAL BUDGET FOR 1977
WHEREAS, on the 8th day of February, 1977, the Common Council
adopted Resolution #20-77, As Amended, approving certain
capital budget expenditures for the Parks and Recreation
Department, and
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Director has advised
the Finance Cmittee that two of the projects amounting
to $13,454.12 will not be undertaken because of high
costs and non-compliance, and
WHEREAS, they have requested that a portion of that monies
totalling $5,708.50 be used for additional costs of those
projects being undertaken for consulting fees and unexpected
underground wiring cost and further that $4,140.00 be used
for the installation of a new scoreboard, the development of
a parking lot at the Mill Valley baseball complex and the
installation of bleacher pads at Mill Valley, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval of
the request,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recmendation of the Finance
Cmittee, does hereby approve of the request that $9,848.50
be expended for additional cost of previous approved LAWCON
projects and the installation of a new scoreboard at Horn
Field,, construction of a parking lot at the Mill Valley base-
ball complex and the installation of bleacher pads at Mill
Val ley.
