WHEREAS, it has been recommended by the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego that the Muskego Zoning Ordinance be
amended to provide an overlay district for duplexes,
a THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby direct the City Attorney to
draft the necessary ordinance to amend the City of Muskego
Zoning Ordinance to provide an overlay district of duplexes
