APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Arthur & Joyce Carter)
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to rhe
Common Council to finalize a one parcel division of land
of the Arthur Carter property located on Tess Corners Drive
in Section 2, and
WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission has recommended approval
of the proposed division,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve of the certified
Carter property on Tess Comers Drive in Section 2, subject
to approval of the City Engineer,
survey map to finalize a one parcel division of the Arthur
