APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP (Maurice and Alyce Holz)
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to the
Common Council to finalize a two parcel division of land
of the Maurice and Alyce Holz property located on Durham
Road in the SE 1/4 of Section 2, and
WHEREAS the City Plan Commission has recommended approval
of the proposed division,
City of Muskego does hereby approve of the certified
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
survey map to finalize a two parcel division of the Maurice
and Alyce Holz property on Durham Road in the SE 1/4 of
Section 2, subject to the approval of the City Engineer.
