APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF LAKE BRITTANY
ESTATES
WHEREAS, on the 22nd day of March, 1977, the Common Council
adopted Resolution #61-77 approving the preliminary plat
of the Lake Brittany Estates Planned Unit Development, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission, at its meeting of June 7, 1977,
recommended approval of the planned unit development subject
to the following conditions:
1. Approval of the sanitary sewer and water systems
2. Approval of the road and grade plans by the city
3. Approval of the developer's agreement and deed
4. Approval of storm drainage plans by the city
by the city engineers,
engineers,
restrictions by the Common Council,
engineers.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskeg., upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve of the final plat of Lake Brittany Estates
Planned Unit Development subject to the following:
1. Approval of the sanitary sewer and water systems
by the city engineers,
2. Approval of the road and grade plans by the city
engineers,
3. Approval of the developer's agreement and deed
4. Approval of storm drai&ge plans by the city
