APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to the
Cormnon Council to finalize a two parcel division of land
of the Paul J. Beardsley property located on McShane Drive
in Section 12, and
WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission has recommended approval
of the proposed division,
