DENIAL OF LEGAL STATUS

i WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego has been
petitioned for determination of the status of three lots at
the end of Gold Drive in the SE 4 of Section 5,.and
hWEREAS, the Plan cmission has recommended denial of the
request,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby deny, upon the recmendation
of the Plan Comissison, the request of Dorothy Rea for
legal status for three lots at the end of Gold Drive in the
SE of Section 5.
