RESOLUTION 11123-77
APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Henry Kurth)
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to the
Common Council to finalize a two parcel division of the Henry
Kurth property on Tess Comers Drive in Section 2, and
WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission has recmended approval
of the certified survey map to finalize a two parcel division
of said property,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the certified survey map of
a two parcel division of the Henry Kurth property on Tess
Comers Drive in Section 2.
BE IT mTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
approval of the city engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this certified survey map shall
not be recorded with the Register of Deeds in Waukesha County
until a document has been submitted to the city indicating an
agreement between the owners of Lot 1 and the remaining property
as to the disposition of the outbuilding straddling the lot line.
