MUSKEGO TO DISCONTINUE AND
VACATE A PART OF FOREST RESOLUTION
DRIVE IN THE CITY OF
MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN

BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, Wisconsin, as follows.
That since the public interest requires it, the whole of
the following described real estate in the City of Muskego, Wisconsin
be and is hereby discontinued and vacated as a street, to-wit.
All that part of the Southeast+ of Section 4, Town 5
North, Range 20 East, City of Muskego, Waukesha County,
Wisconsin to be vacated is described as follows
That part of Forest Drive from its intersection with
Shady Lane to its termination with unrecorded lands
owned by James Parks as part of the Muskego Shores
Subdivision, a recorded plat and being more specifically
between the Northeast line of Block 3, extended Northwest
described as follows. That part of Forest Drive lying
Block 2, extended Northwesterly to the Northwest corner
to the corner of Block 3 and the Southwesterly line of
of Block 2, being in the Muskego Shores Subdivision.
That the street discontinued and vacated by this resolution
is designated in red on a map hereto annexed and made a part hereto
as Exhibit "A"

The following resolution having been introduced in the
Common Council of the City of Muskego, Wisconsin, at a meeting of
said Council, held July 12, 1977 at the Council Room, at
City Hall, Muskego, Wisconsin to-wit:
"BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Comnon Council of the
City of Muskego, Wisconsin, as follows:
"That since the public interest requires it, the whole
of the following described real estate in the City of
Muskego, Wisconsin, be and is hereby discontinued and
vacated as a street, to-wit:
All that part of the southeast of Section 4, Town 5
North, Range 20 East, City of Muskego, Waukesha County,
Wisconsin to be vacated is described as follows:
That part of Forest Drive from its intersection with

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED by said Comnon Council, that 'l/
a hearing on the passage of said Resolution be held at a meeting of
said Common Council at the Council Room City Hall, Muskego, Wisconsin,
on the 12t.h. day of Julv , 1977, at 7:15 o'clock, P.M.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Notice of the Hearing on said
Resolution be published in the Muskego Sun once a week for three
successive weeks before the day of said hearing; and that, in addition,
Notice of said hearing be served on the owners of all of the
frontage of the lots and lands abutting on said real estate herein
before described sought to be vacated, and discontinued, as a
street, in the manner provided for the service of summons in
Circuit Court at least thirty (30) days before said hearing.

1977, at 7:15 o'clock P.M., at the Council Room, City Hall, Muskego,
Wisconsin, a resolution to discontinue and vacate as a street the
following described real estate to-wit:

Wisconsin to be vacated is described as follows:
