APPROVAL. OF FINAL PLAT OF MAPLE HILLS ESTATES
ADDITION NO. 2
(Town of Vernon)
WHEREAS, the city has received a request for approval for the
final plat for a subdivision in the T.own of Vernon, know as
Maple Hills Estates Addition No. 2, and
WHEREAS, it is within the three-mile limit of the City of Muskego
and therefore falls under the extra-territorial powers of the
city, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended to the Common
Council approval of the final plat,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cmon Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve of the final plat of a propore4
subdivision known as Maple Hills Estates Addition No. 2 in the
Town of Vernon.
