DENIAL OF LEGAL STATUS

WHEREAS, the Common Council of, the City of Muskego has been
petitioned for determination of the status of two existing
lots in the SW It of Section 21, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Conmission has rgcomnended denial of the
request ,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED khat tho Comnon Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby deny, upon the recommendation
of the Plan Commission, the request of Mr. Frederick Gille
for legal status for two existing lots in the SW of
Section 21.
