AUTHORIZING THE PARKS & RECREATION
DIRECTOR TO ENFORCE PARK REGULATIONS
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has adopted a set of rules
public parks and recreation facilities located within
and regulations governing the use and occupancy of
the City and has given the Park Director authority to
enforce the same,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Muskego
Parks and Recreation Director is hereby authorized to
issue citations pursuant to Section 1.06 (10) of the
Municipal Code for violations of Chapter 26 relating to
the use and occupancy of parks and park facilities
located within the City of Muskego
