RELEASING SURVEYOR'S BOND - KRISTIN DOWNS
WHEREAS, the city has received a request from Kristin
Downs - Joint Venturefor release of the Surveyor's
Bond in the amount of $2,500.00, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that
said bond be released subject to the receipt of the
surveyor's written statement that all pipes have been
placed,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public
Works Committee, does hereby release the Surveyor's Bond
in the amount'of $2,500.00 subject to the receipt of the
surveyor's written statement that all pipes have been
placed to Kristin Downs - Jcint Venture.
