APPROVAL OF CONTRACT BETWEEN CITY OF MUSKEGO
AND KEN COM ENGINEERING FOR COMMUNICATIONS
CENTER IN THE NEW POLICE BUILDING
WHBAEAS, a proposal from Ken Corn Engineering Company has
been submitted for a communications system in the new
police building, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended by the Finance Committee
that the proposal be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve of the proposal submitted
by Ken Com Engineering in the amount of $34,991,85.
BE IT FURTIIER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are
authorized to execute the necessary documents in the
name of the city subject to the approval of the City
Attorney.
