RESOLUTION #103-77
REJECTION OF OFFER TO PURCHASE
PARCEL OF LAND ON JANESVILLE RD.
WHEREAS, the city has received an Offer to Purchase for
a parcel of land located in front of Francis Lufkin,
S76 W18179 Janesville Rd. and Francis Harding, S76 W18109
Janesville Rd., by New Berlin Homes for $1,000.00, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended rejection
of the Offer to Purchase,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby reject the Offer to Purchase for
city owned land on Janesville Road from New Berlin Homes,
Inc. for $1,000.00, -
