ACCEPTANCE OF BID FOR NEW BACKHOE
WHEREAS, the 1977 Public Works Capital Budget provides for
the purchase of a new backhoe, and
WHEREAS, bids for said equipment have been advertised for,
and
WHEREAS, the following bids have been received:

Drott Tractor Co. , Inc.

WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that the
bid of Drott Tractor Co., Tnc. in the amount of $45,890.00
for the backhoe be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the bid of Drott Tractor Co., Inc.
for a new backhoe in the amount of $45,890.00 subject to the
condition that the warranty be increased from six months to twelve
months, that the company will guarantee interchangable buckets with
the old machine and that the Drott Company will paint the old
buckets to match the new machine.
*BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized
to execute the necessary documents in the name of the City.
