APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Silas Anderson)
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to the
Common Council to finalize a one parcel division of the
Silas Anderson property on Woods Road in Section 1, and
WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission has recommended approval
of the proposed division,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the certified survey map
to finalize a one-parcel division of the Silas Anderson property
on Woods Road in Section 1, subject to the condition that a
40' easement be provided through the proposed lot and a 20'
easement be provided along the west boundary of the Anderson
property for storm drainage purposes.
