ACCEPTING THE LOW BID FOR INSTALLATION OF SEWER LATERAL
TO SERVE THE NEW POLICE BUILDING
( D & K Construction)
WHEREAS, bids have been advertised for the installation of a
sewer lateral to serve the new police building, and
WHEREAS, the following bids have been received:
D & K Construction $ 9,980.00
D. F. Tmasini 11,120.00
and * WHEREAS, the city's consulting engineers have recommended that
the bid from D & K Construction be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cormnon Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the low bid from D & K Construction
in the amount of $9,980.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk and Mayor are authorized
to execute the necessary contracts in the name of the city.
