AUTHORIZING A SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR OFFICE EQUIPMENT
(Friden Adding Machines & Calculator)
BETWEEN CITY OF MUSKEG0 AND TRW CUSTOMER SERVICE DIVISION
WHEREAS, the Finance Cmittee has recommended that a
proposed one-year Maintenance Agreement for three Friden
office machines in City Hall with TRW Customer Service
Division, be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cmon Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve of an agreement
between the City of Muskego and TRW Customer Service
Division for a one-year Maintenance Agreement at a cost
not to exceed $172.00 for three Friden office machines.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be authorized
to execute the agreement in behalf of the City.
