AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH
TELEPHONE COMPANY FOR TELEPHONE SERVICE
(New Police Building)
WHEREAS, it is necessary to plan for needed telephone
service in the police complex presently under construction,
and
WHEREAS, a program is available through the Telephone
Company which would provide telephone services to the
police complex at a cost of $278.28 per month based on
a seven year contract after which the monthly charge would
be $147.99 per month, and
WHEREAS, it is the recommendation of the Building Committee
and the Finance Committee to enter into the necessary
agreement with the Telephone Company,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve of the proposed contract
between the City of Muskego and the Wisconsin Telephone
Company at a cost of $29,165.05 which will be paid over a
seven year period at a cost of $278.28 per month.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk and Mayor are
authorized to execute the agreement in the name of the
city after approval by the City Attorne .
