0 RESOLUTION #67-77
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH GEORGE
SMALL FOR HIGHWAY 24 PROJECT
WHEREAS, the State of Wisconsin, in cooperation with the
City of Muskego, is planning the reconstruction of a
portion of Highway 24 in the vicinity of College Avenue,
and
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego was required to obtain an
easement from Mr. George Small in order that the project
could be initiated, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Small has executed the easement with the
understanding that he will be paid $200.00, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended to
the Common Council payment of the fee,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public
Works Committee, does hereby agree to pay to Mr. George
Small the sum of $200.00 in return for his executing an
easement for highway purposes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Comptroller is
authorized to make the necessary expenditure.
