WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has advertised for bids for the
1977 Road Improvement Program, and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received;

WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that the low bid of
Payne & Dolan for bituminous asphalt in the amount of $12.39 per tgn and
for prime or tacoat at $ .59 per gallon be accepted, and She lpw bid of
Prime & Seal, Inc. for liquid asphalt (SC,MC,RC,) and Emulsions, $ 457 pgr
gallon and pea gravel for $5.20 per ton be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the CQmIOn Council of the City of Muskego
does hereby accept the low bids of Payne & Dolan for bitmiqous asphalt
in the amount of $12.39 per ton and prime or tacoat at $ .59 per gallon
and Prime 6 Seal, Inc. for SC,MC,RC, and Emulsions at $ .457 and pea grayel
at $5.20 per ton.
