APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF COUNTRY CLUB OAKS
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego has received
a request for approval of a final plat for the planned unit develop
ment known as Country Club Oalcs, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Conmission has recommended approval of
the final plat,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the final plat of the proposed Country
Club Oaks Planned Unit Development.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
execution of an acceptable developer's agreement, holding
tank agreement, engineering data and the approval by the Plan
Commission of landscaping plans and access paths to outlots.
