AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS
WHEREAS, Section 65.05(6)(b) of the Wi.sconsin Statutes
permits budgetary adjustments by the Common Council, and
WHEREAS, the Muskego Police Chief has requested that
monies be provided from the Contingency Fund, Acct. ff602.049
-in order that the City of Muskego can coopera.te with the
City of New Berlin in the study of the feasibi.lity of
developing a common communication center, and
WHEREAS, the cost of the study would be approximately
$10,000.00 of which $500.00 would be paid for by the two
cities involved and the balance by the State and Federal
agencies, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended t1la.t $250.00
be transferred from the Contingency Fund Account $602.049
that the study can be made.
to Account #520.048, Other Supplies and Expenses, in order
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council OP the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby authorize the transfer of $250.00
from the Contingency Account #602 049 to Account $520.048,
Other Supplies and Expenses, for the purposes of studying
the feasibility of developing a joi.nt communication center.
