AUTHORIZING MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
FOR IBM TYPEWRITERS
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that there be a
maintenance agreement between the City of Muskego and
the IBM Corporation for four typewriters in the Police
Department.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve of the proposed main-
tenance agreement between the City of Muskego and the IBM
Corporation for four typewriters in the Police Department
in the amount of $54.50 each.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be authorized
to execute the agreement in the name of the city for
a one year period.
