ESTABLISHING JOB QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE
POSITION OF SERGEANT
WHEREAS, it is the responsibility of the Comon Council of
the City of Muskego to establish job qualifications for
the various positions in the police department, and
WHEREAS, it is the recommendation of the Finance Committee
that the qualifications for the position of sergeant in
the Muskego Police Department included the requirement that
the applicant have five years of experience as a patrolman
or that he has earned an associate degree and has three
years of experience as a patrolman.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Comon Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby establish the following qualifi-
cations for the position of sergeant:
Five years of experience as a patrolman.
An associate degree and three years of
experience as a patrolman.
