RESOLUTION #48-77
APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN AERO-METRIC
ENGINEERING AND INMAN ENGINEERING, INC. AND
THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
WHEREAS, the 1977 Capital Budget included monies to be
used for the continuation of topographical mapping
of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, Aero-Metric Engineering and Inman Engineering,
Inc. will be completing the project, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended to the
Common Council that the necessary agreements be executed,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve of the agreement between
the city and Aero-Metric Engineering, Inc. and Inman
Engineering of Milwaukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are
authorized to execute the necessary documents in the
name of the city subject to the approval of the City
Attorney.
