APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY
(CEILLE)
PLAT
WHEREAS, a preliminary plat for a proposed 28 lot subdivision
east of Freedom Acres in Section 11 has been submitted by
Mrs. L. A. Ceille, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
preliminary plat for the proposed subdivision,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Comon Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve of the preliminary plat
for a proposed 28 lot subdivision east of Freedom Acres in
Section 11.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that prior to the submittal of the
final plat a developers agreement acceptable to the Plan
Comnission and Council will be executed.
