DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT AN
AMENDMENT TO SEC. 19.05(7) OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE
(Re: Proper garbage receptacles)
WHEREAS, Section 19.05(7) of the.hlunicipa1 Code provides
that the Board of Public Works (Common Council) shall
establish standards regarding proper garbage receptacles, and

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby direct the City Attorney
