RESOLUTION 834-77
AUTHORIZING THE ADVERTISING OF BIDS FOR A NEW TRACTOR
AND MOWER FOR THE HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that bids
be advertised for a new 1977 tractor and mower for the high-
way department, and
WHEREAS, monies for the above equipment have been budgeted for
in the 1977 Capital Budget,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby authorize the Public Works Department to
advertise for bids for a new 1977 .tractor and mower.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the results of the bids with the
recommendation of the Public Works Committee will be submitted
to the Common Council for action.
