CCR1977033RESOLUTION #33-77
AUTHORIZING THE AW&RTISING OF BIDS FOR A NEW BACKHOE
FOR THE HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that bids
be advertised for a new Backhoe for the highway department,
and
WHEREAS, monies for the above equipment have been budgeted for
in the 1977 Capital Budget,
THEREFORE, BE IT REWLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby authoyize the Public Works Department
to advertise for bids fpr a new Backhoe.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the results of the bids with the
recommendation of tho Public Works Committee will be submitted
to the Common Council for action.
