AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF Fuh?)S
WHEREAS, Section 65.05 (6) (b) of the Wisconsin Statutes permits
the budgetary adjustments listed below by the Common Council, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Finance Committee that
amount budgeted in 1976,
several necessary departmental budget expenditures exceeded that
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby direct the City Clerk-Comptroller to make the
following transactions within the 1976 budget:
To transfer $9,624.14 from Account #602.049, Contingency
Fund, to the following accounts
502.011 Clerk-Comptroller, Salaries
505.012 Law - fees
1,600.06
2,664.23
508.015 Cost-Jury Trials, Fees 1,730.23
510.027 Admin., ttlaint. & Rental of Equip. 2,420.59
583.046 Park & Rec., Office Supplies 705.10
503.046 Park & Rec. , Maint. of Bldgs. Sr Grounds 503.63
Total 9,624.14
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk-Comptroller is authorized
to make the above transfers.
