ESTABLISHING RATES PAID TO THE HUMANE .OFFICER
FOR SERVICES RENDERED
WHEREAS, the Chief of Police has recommended to the Public
Safety Committee that the fees paid to the Humane Officer
be changed to reflect the increased cost of operation, and
WHEREAS, the Public Safety Cormnittee and the Finance Cormnittee
have recommended that the following fees be paid to the
Humane Officer, a, 1. Pick up charge $4.00 per call
2. Travel expense, 12c per mile
3. Disposal, $3.00 per animal except for kittens, $1.00
4. Board, $2.00 per day
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council, upon the
recomendation of the Public Safety Committee and the Finance
Cornittee, do hereby establish the following fees to be paid
to the Humane Officer for services rendered:
1. Pick up charge $4.00 per call
2. Travel expense, 12c per mile
3. Disposal, $3.00 per animal except for kittens, $1.00
4. Board, $2 .OO per/dgy
