ESTABLISHING SALARY FOR MUSKEG0 POLICE LIEUTENANTS
WHEREAS, salaries for the positions of lieutenants in the
Muskego Police Department for 1977 must be establi.shed, and
WHEREAS, it is the recommendation of the Finance Committee
that the Common Council establish a specific differential
between the position of sergeant and lieutenant, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee further recommends that that
differential be established at $175.00 a month and further
that it be the policy of the Common Council to maintain
that differential in all future wage negotiations, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the
salary for lieutenant be established at $1,558..00 per month
($18,696.00 per year), a THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby establish the following salary for
lieutenants in the Muskego Police Department:
$1,558.00 per month ($18,696.00 per year)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that it is the intent of the Common
between the sergeants and lieutenants shall be $175.00 per
Council to establish a policy that the salary differential
month in all future wage negotiations.
